The Secretary Anthony Jenkins recorded :-  The  1958  Season was an extremely successful one . Of the six matches played 4 were won outright and in the other two , School were by far the better side.

Five boys were selected for Carmarthenshire Secondary Schools, namely Phillip Davies, Brian Davies, Keith Marshall, John Wilkins and Alan Brown.

Brian Davies was also selected to play for the Welsh Secondary Schools against the English Secondary Schools.
