There was a fascinating speech by Lord Leslie Griffiths, Baron Griffiths of Burry Port this afternoon at the Stradey Park Hotel. It was an extremely contemporary view from the front bench at the House of Lords. Lord Griffiths is a former pupil and Patron of the Association and  is a British Methodist minister and life peer in the House of Lords where he sits with the Labour Party from 2004. He served as President of the Methodist Conference from 1994 to 1995. Today’s event was organized by the Llanelli Grammar School Old Boys and Graig Former Pupils
